Child welfare fund

Dear Client, there is no specific provision or such regarding a 'Child Welfare Fund.' Parents usually decide the amount, its use, the child's access etc, and it is recorded in the settlement agreement or Court orders. As such there is no such fund. It is court only who for welfare of child direct either party or both to create a fund for welfare of child but legally law does not prescribe any such mandatory child welfare fund.
