► My husband is living seperately with his mother and he wants to be with her until she dies and dont want to leave her alone.He his forcing me and kids to come and stay with her and not accepting to take a seperate house for rent.He does not give for our kids maintennance also and also not visit them if its in my place.We used to go to public places every weekend to show them the kids but now he has started forcing me to coem to his home or ortherwise he will not coe to meet them.i need some financial support from him although we re not leggaly sepearted.

In the light of the fact that he is your legally married husband, it is the duty of your husband to take care of you and the children in case he is neglecting or avoiding his duty towards them. It would be pertinent to note here that it does not make any difference whether you are living separately for legitimate reasons. In this regard, even though it might be his choice to live with his mother, yet it will not be his right to force you to live with him in the same house if there are justifiable reasons behind living separately.
