If you have been separated from your wife for the past two years and if you suspect that your wife has started staying somewhere else with somebody else, then you need to first collect all the documentary evidence that would support your claims. If your wife is not staying with you for two years even after your request to be with him .Try to talk with her as your wife you and wife should stay together . If she continue of not returning to her matrimonial home .A divorce case can be filed by you as mental cruelty on basis of desertion and proof you provided to police station.
