You are under no legal obligation to marry or keep talking to your girlfriend just because she and her friends are pressuring you, and repeated threats, bullying, or attempts to force you into marriage can amount to harassment or even criminal intimidation under Indian law. If the pressure from your girlfriend and her friends is becoming threatening, defamatory, or intimidating (for example, threatening to ruin your reputation, spreading rumours, or causing fear), you can approach the police station and file a general complaint or FIR for harassment or criminal intimidation and if needed, also approach a Magistrate for a protection order if you fear further pressure.
