► The prosecution has failed to prove the allegations of harassment against me. Can I file a defamation case against my wife?
For the past 10 years, she has been continuously harassing me. Because of this prolonged mental stress, I have lost both my parents.
She had obtained an ex parte order, which was later recalled, and the matter is now pending for arguments in the same court. A DVC case is also ongoing.
In the DVC case, she filed an application for an impotency test against me, for which I have obtained a stay from the High Court.
She has also been filing false police complaints. In April, she went to Chittoor police and filed a false complaint, but after I sent an email to the SP, she withdrew it. Again in Bengaluru in October 2025, she approached the police, but after hearing both sides, the police sent her back without action.
Despite all this, the harassment continues. Due to this stress, I lost my mother on 28th February.
Kindly advise whether I can initiate a defamation case against her. If I file she can file any cases on me
