► I did not qualify NEET UG in 2019. I took MBBS admission in Georgia with an admission letter dated 24 June 2019, confirmed in Sept, and started classes on 4 Nov 2019. I graduated in Feb 2026. I applied for an Eligibility Certificate (EC) to appear for FMGE. Since my admission occurred just after the 5 June 2019 cutoff for the NEET exemption, what is the legal probability of my EC being accepted? If rejected, are there any legal remedies or High Court precedents allowing me to sit for FMGE?
