► In person, I filed a writ petition in 2025 at the Circuit Bench of the Calcutta High Court regarding benefits associated with contractual service. At the initial hearing, honorable court ordered the respondent to file their affidavit in opposition within four weeks; however, the respondent did not comply. Presently, my case appears on the warning list and also note next to be transferred to the peremptory list. I would appreciate your guidance on what steps I should take in this situation. Is my case automatically included in the daily hearing list? I am not knowledgeable about the warning list and the peremptory list. Due to my financial situation, I cannot afford a lawyer's fees.
