► Sir, i am an employee of A govt. Sponsored Educational Instition under the West Bengal Govt. and participated in the strike on 13.3.2026. Yesterday I got a showcause letter from our Institution for the absence on that day through my whatsApp no. Now my question is : Is the showcause letter served through whatsApp legally acceptable or not? I mean should I reply against that showcause letter considering it legally acceptable? Your kind advice is solicited.
