► I need quick advice on a refund issue. On March 5, I paid ₹3200 for a Gulmarg Gondola ticket . Payment was successful, but no ticket was issued. The corporation verbally promised a refund within 7 days, but that deadline has passed. I have an active NCH grievance (8830354), but they aren't responding to calls or emails. Should I send a formal legal notice now, or go straight to e-Daakhil? Is it worth pursuing for this amount?

Dear Client, as per your query, For a successful payment without a ticket, you are entitled to a refund. As the 7-day verbal promise has expired, you should immediately send a final email, giving them 3 days to refund, and then file a case through e-Daakhil (consumer forum). With a NCH grievance filed, this can be considered a deficiency in service, and the effort in pursuing the case for ₹3200 + compensation is worthwhile in avoiding bad service. I hope this answer is helpful. In case of further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank You.
