I have given money to friend but she is not returning it back

Dear Client, as per your query, You already have proof of the transaction through your bank transfer records. To recover your money, start by collecting any WhatsApp conversations or emails that show her acceptance of the debt, which will make your transaction a loan. The next step is to send her a legal notice through a lawyer, which will coerce her into paying up without having to go to court. If she still does not pay up, you can file a Summary Suit under Order 37 of the CPC for quicker recovery of your money or a Civil Suit for "Money Recovery" if you initiate the process within 3 years of sending the money.
