► For the past 3 to 5 years, a person has repeatedly interfered in my personal life, attempted to provoke me, and mentally harassed me. Their continuous intrusion into my privacy has caused significant stress, anxiety, and disturbance in my daily life. Despite my clear warnings and requests to stop, the behaviour has not ended. I am seeking appropriate action to protect my mental well-being, personal boundaries, and safety.

Dear Client,

If a person is continuously intruding into my privacy and harassing. You have the option to pursue both civil and criminal remedies to safeguard your safety. If the individual continues to spy on or trail you, you may file a police complaint (FIR) for stalking pursuant to Sec. 78 of the BNS, 2023, or for criminal intimidation as per Sec. 351 of the BNS in case threats are involved. You should also note down the details of every intrusion and warning very carefully. Besides, you can file a civil suit based on the Specific Relief Act of 1963. I hope this answer helps.
