Dear Client,
Should the order from the Labour Court be made in that you are supposed to make the payment of the said amount on 30th July, then you should not ignore the hearing nor fail to attend the hearing session. In case of failure to comply with the order from the court, you may face execution procedure, seizure of your property or your bank account, among others. In the event that you truly have financial problems, you may come before the court through your advocate and request to be granted a reasonable period of time to make the payment.
I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
