You won’t be able to. He told me to write the mail and send it to us that you won’t be able to work on weekend.

Dear Client,

Whether your employer is allowed to make you work on weekends is determined by the employment agreement, company policies, and labor laws that apply. In case your employer requests you to work outside your regular working hours on weekends, then you may have the right for compensatory leave or overtime depending on whether the latter applies. Before turning down the request, check your employment letter or HR policy. In case you are requested to email your employer and say that you are unable to work on weekends, you may do so respectfully by asking the company about their policies on weekend work and how compensation will be given.

I hope this helps and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.
